ELAXY B3 – Features

Front-end
Your customers can access the bank and stock exchange through various front-end applications, such as the Internet, branch offices, call centres, mobile advisors or cell phones. ELAXY's front-ends guarantee fast and reliable transactions and in addition offer an overall view of the customer portfolio. ELAXY B3's modular structure also enables you to connect your own front-end solutions.

Transactions
The ELAXY B3 transaction area is independent of third-party systems and the back office. It contains all data relevant for transactions plus the complete business logic. Advantages: full validation of all transactions to be delivered to the back office, a high level of availability, as well as the ability to conclude transactions online. Functions provided include

Banking
Current account, payments/ transactions including standing orders and transfers, deposits, direct debits, foreign currency transactions, time deposits/ overnight money, savings bonds/savings schemes, Lombard loans, settlement account, interest income tax report, account/portfolio reports, etc.

Funds
Exchange, payout plans, pay-in plans, fund reporting, new purchases, purchasing, selling, blocking, interest income tax report, portfolio report, etc.

Brokerage
Stocks and investment fund savings plans, global orders, real time portfolio valuations, purchase, sale, subscription, blocking, performance reports, monthly reports, interest income tax report, portfolio reports, etc.

Customer care
From customer management through consulting and customer relationship management to service components such as e-Box – the choice is yours. Customer data is stored in ELAXY B3. This data is then distributed to all connected back office systems, so it does not have to be rekeyed. It is possible to connect consulting components such as ELAXY's RBS or BFSby means of interfaces. In order to retain your customers, you need to take a comprehensive view, e.g. with the CCS tools developed by ELAXY especially for the financial sector.

Authentication
In authentication, ELAXY B3 offers a wide range of possibilities, e.g. PIN/TAN or PIN/trader password, to ensure your own and your customers' security. Open interfaces allow the use of further authentication systems, e.g. HBCI or electronic signatures for quick and reliable user identification.
