ELAXY e-Box – Features

Organised down to the lowest level
ELAXY e-Box offers numerous functions, from the classification of the master data to diverse settings, which simplify handling, allocation and archiving. Various filters bring the desired document to the screen in seconds.

Master data classification

    The classification of master data is possible at three levels:
    • on the customer level
    • on the contract level
    • on the voucher level
    The master data can be adjusted either individualised for the customer or as a fixed default. In addition, the setting of hold-back times/archiving periods as well as automatic dispatch of post is possible in respect of exceeding the “pick-up” period.

Received and read documents

    New as well as read documents are displayed in the customer's e-Box. A filter for date, period and type of document simplifies the search for certain data, which can be saved, deleted, displayed and printed at any time. Further features:
    • Keyword search, e.g. policy number, fund name, securities identification number
    • Sorting function of individual columns, e.g. document type
    • Marking function

Settings
In addition to the current status display of selected settings, settings individualised by the customer per type of document are possible, such as, for example, the method of dispatch (electronic and/or by post), etc.

    • Setting further documents in the ELAXY e-Box
    • Integration into Call Centre and/or branch system for agreement with the customer
